Kevin Hackman is the Senior Program Director at Camp Joy. Kevin has been with Camp Joy since 2002 and has served in a variety of roles while at Joy including educator, mediation specialist, camp director, and business development director. Kevin’s passion for working with youth was inspired by his time as a camper at Camp Joy. Kevin is a graduate of C-Change Class 4 and Executive Service Corp of Cincinnati’s Nonprofit Leadership Institute. Kevin earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Xavier University as well as a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University.
Kevin is co-chair of the Board of Directors for the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Greater Cincinnati, and sits on the Cincinnati American Diabetes Association’s Community Leadership Board. Kevin has been the head coach for the Mason High School Ultimate Frisbee team since 2010.
Kevin and his wife Erin, a school counselor, are both avid runners and travelers. They live in Blue Ash with their children Wyatt and Cecilia and dog Zeus.
