My experience at Camp Joy had many layers. I experienced pure joy (no pun), terror (of heights), professional humility, bonding with my team and personal as well as professional growth. After attending the Leadership Challenge in 2015, I left feeling and professing to others that Camp Joy changed who I am. After attending a second time in 2016 with my team, I realized that what I had experienced was inside me all along. My feeling of change turned into something different. Camp Joy showed me who I am.
If you are willing to take risks that result in exponential growth, Camp Joy is the place for you! It will be a very personal experience and appeals to intrinsic motivations and that is a recipe for success!
