Who We Serve:

Camp Joy partners with nearly 30 child-advocating agencies across the tri-state area to serve children from all backgrounds—many of whom face medical challenges, economic hardships, or other life obstacles. These partnerships help us reach youth who may not otherwise have access to the healing power of nature, meaningful connections, and transformative camp experiences. Together, we create a safe, inclusive space where every child can belong, grow, and thrive.

Your Gift Makes Joy Possible

When Caleb first came to Camp Joy, he was a young camper navigating life with Type 1 diabetes — and the community he found here changed everything.
Today, he’s an experiential educator and former Camp Joy counselor who came back to pour that same love into a new generation of campers.  Follow Caleb’s journey from camper to counselor and why giving back to the place that shaped him means everything.

A $50 donation helps supply children with essential items to support their camp experience and well-being. In the summer, it covers a t-shirt for tie-dyeing, along with necessities like bug spray, sunscreen, and toiletries (deodorant, bar soap, shampoo, and feminine hygiene products as needed). In the winter, it provides fostering kids with warm items like crew neck sweaters, gloves, and hats. This ensures every child arrives equipped, comfortable, and ready to enjoy their time at camp without worry.

With $75, you’re covering the cost of wholesome meals and snacks for a day, helping 3 campers feel energized and secure, knowing their nutritional needs are fully met.

A $100 gift allows campers to participate in enriching activities like hiking, exploring local ecosystems, or stargazing, connecting them with nature and encouraging personal growth and curiosity.

A $280 gift sponsors one student to participate in two days of transformative leadership programs, where they’ll engage in activities that build confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Your $500 donation makes it possible for a child to attend a weekend at Camp Joy, filled with adventure, friendship, and life-changing experiences that build resilience and joy.

With $1,000, you’re covering a week-long camp stay for a child, providing them with an unforgettable experience of growth, healing, and hope that will impact their lives for years to come.
